The 2010 Annual General Meeting will take place at the Petwood Hotel, Woodhall Spa on Saturday 15th May at 1530hrs. The AGM will be proceeded by a Committee Meeting at 1300 and followed by the Dambusters Reunion Dinner at 1930hrs. The cost of the dinner will be £32 per person including wines.  For those staying at the hotel a special rate for members has been agreed; room reservations should be made directly with the Petwood (01526 352411).  A number of rooms are being held for members, on a first come, first served basis – early booking is recommended.

AGM Saturday 15th May 2010. This will take place at the Petwood Hotel, Woodhall Spa, beginning at 1530hrs. Your Committee will report and Executives will be elected. This year, plans for the Post World War II Squadron Memorial will also be discussed. If any member has any agenda items that they wish to be raised to the AGM please do so via the Chairman

Dinner 15th May 2010 We will meet in the Petwood Lounge at 1930hrs for Dinner at 2000hrs.  Sherry and soft drinks will be served.  Dinner will be in the Woodland Suite (to be confirmed) and a seating plan will be displayed. The menu is itemised on the proforma enclosed in the Spring newsletter. Please complete the proforma and return to Mike Hines as soon as possible but no later than 1st May, together with a cheque for the appropriate amount payable to ‘617 Squadron Aircrew Association.’ 

Memorial Service Sunday 16th May 2010. The Memorial Service will take place at the 617 Sqn Association Memorial at Woodhall Spa at 1000hrs. After the Service at which wreaths will be laid, we are again invited to join parishioners at St Peter’s Church, Woodhall Spa for their Sunday Service.
